How you take care of yourself becomes a reflection of how your life will be. There are so many cliches about making your bed, controlling your thoughts or they control you…but there is a significant relationship in how we feel, to how we ARE. Less clutter is easier on the eyes and mind as there is less to process and worry about. Less negative thoughts will allow for more positive thoughts.
