If you wake up, and first thing review positive messages for 30 seconds, it will help you focus on the priority of positivity, and help set the path of how your day goes. Video's, memes, even hand written post-its stuck to the bath mirror... There is a saying that if you do not control your mind, it will control you. You need to make time to focus on what you want in your life, and the life you want to create, and your own goal of happiness...avoid being sucked into the monotonous routine where your life checklist or others dictates your day or mood. This may seem corny...but it is not Voo-Doo...take the dare and try it for a week...you won't be disappointed.
